Communication

I was asked to create a foldable for the students in order for them to take notes. Each flap was a different event that happened within the Texas Revolution. This creates a new and exciting way to learn that will hold the students' attention and make them want to learn.

Technology Tools

I use this website to help create lessons for my students. It can act as a bulletin board and is easy and fun to use in the classroom.

I use blogster for my education and training blog (linked) to answer prompts posted by my teacher which all pertain to teaching in general and my personal teaching experiences and intentions.

The website linked is the backbone of future educators in Texas. It's provides instructions for our class, state and national competition information, and is what we base all of our classwork and blog posts about.

Linked here is my Education and Training email which I use to communicate with my mentor teacher and my EAT teacher.

I used wix to create this electronic portfolio which I will use throughout my highschool and college career.

I have used Flocabulary in my fieldsite classroom. I showed them a music video that explained what we were going to learn in class. The kids really enjoy the fun videos rather than just telling them definitions.

I've used BrainPop in my classroom as a way for the students to have a fun way of learning. They can read, take quizzes, and play games.

I used TeacherPayTeachers only recently to find inspiration for my lesson. They have tons of downloads for free.

I created a sample field-trip form for my 1st Graders that they would take home, get signed, and return to school as soon as possible.
